These are plots of the experimental 8-day forecast from the Downscaled GFS with Eta extension (DGEX) and the operational GFS

  • DGEX (84-192 h, 6-h frequency)

  • Operational Global Forecast System (84-192 h, 6-h frequency, no 186-h forecast created

  • Previous Operational Global Forecast System forecast (used for lateral boundary conditions by the DGEX)
